We usually treat our faces with spa treatments, facials and other things, but we don’t take into account that our bodies need treatment too. It is also frequently exposed to sand and chemicals.
Our body needs proper cleansing as it is exposed in the same way as our face. That’s why body scrub can help us! To prevent the accumulation of dirt and grime, dead cells must be removed and the surface must be cleaned.
Although body polishing is often performed at spas, it is just as easy to perform at home with natural ingredients. The advantage of doing it at home is that we can manage everything according to the requirements of our skin, go at our own pace and respect our budget. Nalpamaradi
Nalpamaradi is an Ayurvedic oil. The sacred Peepal trees, famous for their soothing and skin-cleansing powers, are referred to by the term Nalpamaram, which means four ficus trees. Along with treating all major skin issues like acne, pimples, and dark spots, it also helps brighten and improve skin texture.
Pour some Nalpamardi oil into your palm after cleansing your body. Gently rub your body with quick up and down strokes until all the oil is absorbed. Give it 30 minutes of battery life.
Sugar And Strawberry Scrub
Grind a few strawberries into a pulp in the blender. Add four to five teaspoons of sugar and a little almond oil. Mix everything well to create a thick paste. Apply it all over your body, then wait for it to dry for about 10 minutes before rinsing it off.
Strawberries are an excellent source of alpha hydroxy acid, while sugar is a natural source of glycolic matter. Almonds rich in vitamin E work well as an exfoliator when combined with a body scrub.
Oats and grapeseed oil
Mix one cup of grapeseed oil with one cup of oatmeal powder and half a cup of sea salt. Make it into a dense paste by adding enough grapeseed oil. Add any of your chosen essential oils in the recommended amounts if desired. Within minutes, your body scrub blend will be ready. Apply it to your body and give it a short, gentle massage. Then use plain water to rinse it off.
