The exhibition presents the main Belarusian producers. Thus, the Babushkina Krynka dairy presents products with an extended shelf life, which is especially important for this region: powdered milk and whey powder with a shelf life of 24 months, milk with a shelf life of nine. month.

Companies affiliated with the Belgospischeprom food industry are also presented at the exhibition. The Minsk margarine factory, the largest company in the fats and oils industry, brought in rapeseed oil. Krasny Pischevik, the main producer of marmalade products in Belarus, presents an innovative product – a honey cream with various fillings: cranberry, blueberry, strawberry, cherry, lemon and ginger. A wide range of confectionery products are presented by the leading Belarusian confectionery factories Spartak, Slodych, Kommunarka, Confa, Krasny Mozyryanin.

The products presented at the fairs have international ISO certificates of conformity as well as Halal certificates.

“Belarus is a traditional participant of food shows in the United Arab Emirates. The country was represented by 25 food industry companies at Gulfood in Dubai in February 2021. They presented meat and dairy products, poultry and egg products, groceries and confectionery, resulting in contracts worth $ 7 million with partners from 14 countries, â€noted Belinterexpo.
