Nutritionist Nmami Agarwal has listed some fruits which are rich in vitamin C and which would help you boost your immunity.

Nmami Agarwal shared the following natural food sources to boost immunity with vitamin C:

1) Oranges and lime

Fruits like oranges and lime are widely recognized as a good source of vitamin C. So make it a habit to include them in your diet. However, if you are consuming oranges or lime, consume them whole so as not to squeeze them.

2) Kiwifruit

Kiwifruit is another natural source of vitamin C. Nmami Agarwal said a small kiwifruit provides 60 milligrams of ascorbic acid.

3) Spicy Green Chili

Most of the vegetables and spices we use in cooking are loaded with health benefits that we may not be aware of. Green chilies are an excellent source of vitamin C. One chili contains 109 milligrams of vitamin C.

4) Strawberries

Strawberry is a popular winter fruit and people often enjoy it in different foods. Nmami Agarwal revealed that a bowl of strawberries provides 98 milligrams of vitamin C.

The nutritionist further stated that apart from the mentioned fruits, broccoli, guava, sprouts, cauliflower are all rich in vitamin C and are an excellent source to boost immunity.
